Combine driver arrested  for death by negligence

SHAHKOT 20 FEBRUARY 

 The Shahkot police have arrested a combined driver on a charge of causing death by negligence, and mischief.

Investigating Officer (IO) Kashmir Singh said that the accused had been identified as Sandip Singh son of Bakshi a resident of Warra Jagir village under Lohian Khas police station.

Rajinder Singh a resident of Ram Pur village complained to the police that the accused had parked his machinery on Parjian Road on February 18 and his brother Kuldeep Singh who was coming to his village on the motorcycle around 7 P.M. when his two-wheeler collided with backside cutters and died.

 IO said that a case under sections 304-A (causing death by negligence) and 427(mischief) of the IPC has been registered against Sandip   Singh,
