The Shahkot police arrested a thief on the charge of stealing household goods
Investigating officer (IO) Lakhvir Singh said that the accused has been identified as Parminder Singh alias Pinda son of Major Singh a resident of Sarangwal village.
Narinder Kaur a resident of Kili village complained to the police that the accused stole household goods from her house on February 3
IO said that a case under section 457 (lurking house-trespass) and 380(theft in dwelling house) of the IPC has been registered against the accused and recovered from his possession a motorcycle and laptop.
