Villager arrested for stealing motorcycle.

JANUARY 

The Nakodar Sadar police arrested a miscreant on the charge of stealing a motorcycle.

 S H O Yadwinder Singh and Investigating officer (IO) Janak Raj said that the accused has been identified as Gurpreet alias Daat son of Dharam Pal a resident of Mallian Kalan village.   

IO said that the accused was intercepted at a Naka and recovered from his possession a stolen motorcycle and a case under sections 379(theft) and 411(dishonestly receiving stolen property) of the IPC has been registered against the accused.
