Two arrested for stealing

The Lohian Khas police have arrested two miscreants on charges of stealing motorcycles.
The investigating officer (IO) Kashmir Singh said that the accused have been identified as Lovpreet Singh alias Kali son of Jarnail Singh and Karanjit Singh son of Prem Singh residents of Mallan Wala in Feroze Pur
IO said that the police had received information that the accused are notorious thieves indulging in motorcycle thefts and roaming in areas and were intercepted at a Naka and recovered from their possession a stolen motorcycle.
IO said that a case under sections 379 (theft) and 411(dishonestly receiving stolen property) of the IPC has been registered against the accused.
