Illegal Deaddiction Center sealed in Shahkot village.

SHAHKOT 21 NOVEMBER 

The Shahkot police on Tuesday in collaboration with the health department checked deaddiction centers in the subdivision.

Shahkot Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) N.S.Aujla said  a deaddiction centre functioning  in Danewal village was checked and was found running illegally,

DSP said that the deaddiction center functioning under the name of Shaheed Baba Bir Singh Gurmit Vidialya was checked, where 57 drug addicts were kept who were shifted to the Jalandhar Civil Hospital deaddiction center.

DSP said that the deaddiction center has been sealed and further investigations are on.
