Kapurthala villager arrested for kidnapping minor.

 The Lohian Khas police have arrested a Kapurthala village resident on the charge of kidnapping a minor.

Investigating Officer (IO) Govinder Singh said that the accused has been identified as Virender a resident of Bhago Budha village under Kabir Pur police station Kapurthala.

IO said that a case under sections 363(kidnapping) 366-A (procuration of minor girl) and 120-B (criminal conspiracy) of the IPC was registered against the accused.
