Migrant dies of snake bite

SHAHKOT 24 JULY

 A migrant worker died on Sunday after being bitten by a snake.

Investigating Officer (IO) Balvir Singh said that the deceased has been identified as Chhotu Singh a native of U.P. state.
Kalu Singh brother of the deceased told the police that his brother was bitten by a deadly snake and died.

IO said that the police acting under section 174 of the Cr.P .C handed over the body to the family after the post-mortem.
