Two smugglers arrested with heroin, drug money  
 LOHIAN KHAS. 28 JUNE 

 The Lohian Khas police have arrested two smugglers on the charge of selling heroin.

 Shahkot Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Onkar Singh Brar said that 100 grams of heroin and Rs 15,400 drug money were recovered from the possession of the accused, identified as Manjit Singh alias Meeta son of Gurmukh Singh, a resident of Chacha colony Lohian and Azad Singh alias Sunni son of Baldev Singh a resident of Dogran Wala village under Subhan Pur police station in Kapurthala

DSP said that a case under sections 21-B/61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused, and impounded a motorcycle and two mobile phones, and Assistant Sub-Inspector Balveer Chand is conducting further investigations.
