Unidentified booked for causing death by negligence

LOHIAN KHAS 24 JUNE 

The Lohian Khas police have booked an unidentified driver on charges of causing death by negligence and rash driving.

Major Singh  a resident of Sultan Pur Lodhi complained to the police that his father Mohindar Singh, was working as a security officer in the Dream Bricks and Interlock Tiles factory in Mannak village.

 

He said the factory manager, Sukhdev Singh, told her mother on June 22  that Mohindar Singh had died after an accident with an unidentified vehicle and the body had been kept in the morgue in Nakodar Civil Hospital.

 

 

Investigating Officer Balwinder Singh said that a case under sections 106  (causing death by negligence), 281(rash driving on public road) of the BNS has been registered against the unidentified accused.
