Tractor driver booked for rash driving.

SHAHKOT 22 JUNE 

 The Shahkot police have booked a tractor driver on charges of rash driving and mischief.

Investigating Officer (IO) Labh Singh said that the accused has been identified as Gurjant  Singh, a resident of Changarri Kadeem village under Mallan Wala police station, Firozpur.

Balwindar Singh, a resident of Lodhi Bhulana village under Sadar Kapurthala police station complained to the police that the accused was driving his tractor ry fast and hit a scooter being driven by his sister in law Neeta, and his mother Balveer Kaur was pillion riding and seriously injured. them and damaged a two-wheeler.

IO said that a case under sections 281(rash driving on the public highway),125(a) ,125(B) (causing grievous hurt by endangering life or personal safety of others), and 324(4) (mischief) of the BNS has been registered against the tractor driver.
