Five booked for endangering life , firing

 NURMAHAL 12 JUNE 

The Bilga police have booked five villagers on charges of endangering life and firing.

Station House Officer (SHO) Palwindar Singh said that the accused have been identified as Gurmukh Singh, son of Bhajan Singh, a resident of Burj Hassan village, and his four unidentified accomplices.

Jasveer Singh a resident of the same village, complained to the police that the accused fired at his main gate during the night, intending to kill his family.

SHO said that a case under section 125( Act endangering life or personal safety of others) 61(2)(criminal conspiracy) 351(2)(3) (  criminal intimidation )  of the BNS and sections
25/27/59 /of the Arms Act has been registered against the accused, and three empty cartridges from the spot.
