Two drug peddlers arrested under NDPS Act

NAKODAR/NURMAHAL 23 APRIL 

The Nakodar Sadar police have arrested a drug peddler on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets

Investigating Officer (IO) Jaspal Singh 22 intoxicant tablets (loose) were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Ajuba son of Lehambar a resident of Mehtab Garh , Kapurthala.

IO said a case under section 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.

The Bilga police arrested drug peddler Mangal Singh son of Shinda Singh a resident of Burk Kela village with 50 intoxicant tablets said ,IO Kulwindar Singh
