The Lohian Khas police recovered huge quantity of poppy husk from a house in village but drug peddler manged to fled from the spot.

Station House Officer (SHO) Labh Singh said 1 quintal and 30 kilograms and 800 grams poppy husk was recovered from the house of drug peddler Balwindar Singh alias Bindar son of Pritam Singh a resident of Mundi Shehrian village who manged to fled from the spot.

SHO said a case under sections 15/61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused and recovered a Kanda and Vattes.
