Villager arrested for stealing tractor

NAKODAR 19 MARCH 

The Nakodar Sadar police have arrested a villager on the charge of stealing a tractor.

Investigating Officer (IO) Janak Raj Said the accused has been identified as Paramjit Singh son of Sukhwindar Singh a resident of Kang Sahibu village. Manga Singh a resident of the same village, complained to the police that the accused stole his tractor parked outside his house on March 16 morning.

The IO said a case under section 303(2) (theft) of the BNS has been registered against the accused and recovered the tractor from his possession.
