Sangrur truck driver arrested for causing death by negligence

NAKODAR 6 MARCH 

The Mehat Pur police have arrested a Sangrur based truck for causing death by negligence.

Investigating Officer (IO)Gurnam Singh said the accused has been identified as Sukil Khan son of Kaku Khan a resident of Rattan Garh Patainwali village in Sangrur.

Parwindar Kumar a resident of Mohalla Ram Pura, Phagwara   complained to the police that the accused truck driver was driving fast and negligently and hit his son Jaswindar Kumar’s motor cycle on  March 5  near  Board Factory   Mehat Pur  and killed him

  The IO said a case under section 106(causing death by negligence) 281 (rash driving on public way) and 324(4) (mischief) of the BNS has been registered against the accused.
