Villager arrested for raping minor girl

NAKODAR 17 MARCH 

The Nakodar Sadar police have arrested a villager on the charge of raping a minor girl.

The investigating officer (IO)Harjit Singh said that the accused has been identified as Dharminder Singh alias Balu Rajput son of Ram Parkash alias Ranna a resident of Pati Jai Chand ,Sahrinh village.

IO said that a case under section 376(rape) 363,366(kidnapping) of the IPC and section 6 of the POCSO Act was registered against the accused.
