Woman arrested for prostitution business.

NAKODAR 23 FEBRUARY 

The Nakodar City police have arrested a woman on the charges of running a prostitution business.

Station House Officer (SHO) Dharminder Kaliyan said that the accused has been identified as Jaswinder Kaur wife Balwinder Singh a resident of Malsian village under Shahkot police station.

SHO said that the police had received a piece of secret information that the accused was running a prostitution business in a room constructed in an undeveloped colony near Sianni Wal village on the Nakodar Jalandhar road and charging Rs 500 per hour from every customer which is bad for the area.

SHO said that a case under section 3,4,5 of the Immortal Traffic (Prevention) Act has been registered against the accused,
