Youth arrested for kidnapping minor

NURMAHAL 11 JULY 

 The Nurmahal police have arrested a youth on the charge of kidnapping a minor.

Investigating officer (IO) Surjit r Singh said that the accused has been identified as Ajay Singh son of Sawinder Singh a resident of Gehari Mandi Under Jandiala Guru police station Amritsar district.

IO said that a case under sections 363 (kidnapping) and 366-A (procuration of minor girl) of the IPC was registered against the accused.
